Milla Watts received Reserve Champion on her "Regular Talk" entitled "Choosing Friends" at the 2010 North Eastern Oklahoma State 4-H Speech contest held Saturday, May 1, 2010. She also received Grand Champion on her "Extemporaneous Speech" (where participants are given topics to choose from and ten minutes to prepare the speech) on the same day.
